Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson realized that there was never a second chance once they walked into their Hamburg church. Ashley was just 17 years old and never had a boyfriend so Andrew and Ashley took things very slow. But it was truly the first time they met. Andrew requested God to bless him on New Years Eve just before 2016to bless him with one more blessing to 2016. He wished for Ashley to say yes. Ashley was looking for a rustic folk-themed wedding that truly represented her as well as Andrew. The couple combined their favorite things for the wedding. The wedding venue was the back 40 acres of the property Ashley has grown up on. Ashley played and explored all the land, including the paths they walked to get there. Andrew and Ashley were also walking around the area multiple times before when they first started dating. As most of the decorations were made by the bride and groom, it was essential to personalize the wedding. Andrew's father and Ashley as well as Ashley made both the ceremony arch and the arches for the seats. Ashley made and painted several of the wedding decors. Ashley says that the wedding wouldn't have been as beautiful without Anna's amazing floral designs, our wedding wouldn't have been as magical and intimate as I dreamed. It's truly amazing.
